Registration for Participation: Registration for a photographer ticket is only possible online; only fully and correctly completed application forms can be considered. Each application must include your first and last name, mobile phone number, full address, and a valid email address. Additionally, please provide a link to your own website, a personal photography community page, or your Instagram account. Applicants consent to the storage of their data for the purpose of ticket participation.
Where the number of participants is limited, accepted registrations are processed on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Upon receipt of the complete online application, the release form, and your payment, we will send you a confirmation of participation via email as soon as possible. If an application is rejected, there is no right of appeal or claim to participation.
Ticket fees must be paid in advance via online payment (PayPal) or bank transfer to the association Artificium Eppingen e.V. No VAT is charged.
We will provide feedback via email as soon as possible regarding all correctly completed and full applications. The deadline for online registration is Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at noon. If you do not have a PayPal account, payment via bank transfer is possible. In this case, the registration deadline is Friday, August 7, 2026, and the payment must be received in our account no later than August 11, 2026; please include a note regarding this in the registration form. Should spots remain available at short notice, the ticket fee may also be paid in cash on-site up until 7:00 PM on the evening prior to the event.

Photographer Release: A signed photographer ticket release agreement is mandatory for all participating photographers (download available). The application is binding, and the form is only validated once the ticket fee and the signed ticket agreement have been received.
A day ticket includes a one-on-one photo shoot with the body-painted models featured on that specific day. The Artificium team determines the schedule and locations for the individual photoshoots, as well as the rotation order for both the models and the ticket-holding photographers.

Cancellation/Refund: Course fees will be fully refunded if cancellation is made in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the course.
If a participant cancels in writing up to three days before the course begins, 50% of the ticket fee will be refunded. For cancellations made less than three days in advance, 30% of the ticket fee may be refunded.
If the photoshoot is cancelled by the organizer (e.g., due to illness, insufficient number of participants, bad weather, etc.), any ticket fees already paid will be fully refunded.

Liability: Participation is at one's own risk. The association Artificium Eppingen e.V. assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage caused by ticket-holding participants.
Instructions given by the Artificium team must be followed without exception. Non-compliance or inappropriate behavior on-site—whether towards others, the team, fellow photographers, or the models themselves—will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from the current and future photoshoots. In such cases, no fees will be refunded.

All photo and video material produced at the FARBfroh event in 2026 remains under the copyright of the event organizers, the Verein Artificium Eppingen e.V..
The organizers reserve the right to use photo and video material produced at the event to advertise and market future events.
Any reproduction of photo and video material produced at the event, for nonprofit purposes is permitted under the condition that the Artist Name, Model Name, Photographer Name and Event Name are included in the reproduction.
Any for profit reproduction of photographic or video material produced at the event is permitted under the condition that profits are shared 40% Photographer, 40% Artist, 20% Model.

Our models do not need to be professionals. However, experience in photo shoots, ballet, dance, stage, theater, and/or competitive sports is an advantage and will be considered during the selection process.

Expect demanding workdays (4–6 hours of painting, plus 2–3 hours of photo shoots, and attendance at the evening 'Meet & Greet' salon). Fees will not be paid. Travel expenses to and from the venue are at your own expense. Daily catering is included.

Applications will only be considered if they include submitted photographs and a completed and signed model release form! Final approval for participation is granted exclusively by the FARBfroh jury and can be revoked at any time (there is no legal entitlement to participate as a model!).

All accepted models agree to be photographed and filmed during the event. All photo and video material becomes the exclusive property of the organizer, Artificium Eppingen e.V..

Professional and cooperative behavior within the team is self-evident. A minimum age of 21 is required for participation.
